Return and Refund Policy

At The Night Crafters LLC, every product is made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our items are custom-made or personalized, please review our return and refund terms carefully before ordering.

• All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Please double-check spelling, colors, and design details before confirming your order.

• For non-custom products, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Email photos of the damaged item and packaging to thenightcrafters@outlook.com.
• We’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit depending on availability.

• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.
• Once customization starts or a shipping label has been created, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved.
• Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Sale or discounted products
• Digital downloads or gift cards
