At The Night Crafters LLC, every product is made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our items are custom-made or personalized, please review our return and refund terms carefully before ordering.
Custom & Personalized Orders
- All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Please double-check spelling, colors, and design details before confirming your order.
Non-Custom Items
- For non-custom products, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email photos of the damaged item and packaging to thenightcrafters@outlook.com.
- Weβll gladly offer a replacement or store credit depending on availability.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.
- Once customization starts or a shipping label has been created, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Refunds (If Applicable)
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved.
- Please allow 3β7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sale or discounted products
- Digital downloads or gift cards
