Shipping Policy

The NightCrafters LLC Shipping Policy

Welcome to The Night Crafters LLC! We take pride in creating and shipping your handmade, customized items with care. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery, and more.


Processing Time

  • Each item is made to order, so please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping.
  • During peak seasons (holidays, promotions, or large custom orders), processing may take slightly longer.
  • You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • Estimated delivery times (after processing):
    • Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping (US): 1–3 business days


Please note these are estimated delivery times — we cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates once the package has been shipped.


Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on package size and destination.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can monitor its delivery status.


Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. The Night Crafters LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.


Local Pickup (If Available)

If you’re local, we may offer free local pickup at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready with pickup details.
